We installed this at our residence almost four years ago. There had been a great deal of mail thefts in our location. This nonetheless looks new following all these years and works excellent. The mailman can leave packages inside the bottom and mail within the best. We don't need to worry about somebody taking the mail or specifically packages if they were left out in the open at the door. We were a bit hesitant to buy as a result of the cost, but right after 4 years of hot arizona sun, the finish is still in excellent condition.
