We installed this at our house almost 4 years ago. There had been a lot of mail thefts in our area. This still looks new after all these years and works great. The mailman can leave packages in the bottom and mail in the top. We don't have to worry about someone taking the mail or especially packages if they were left out in the open at the door. We were a little hesitant to purchase because of the price, but after 4 years of hot arizona sun, the finish is still in great condition. (More Detail...)
