Though Solar Group CMH0CB02 Catalina Mailbox is sturdy and attractive, it does leak in rainy weather. I wanted a fairly big box to accommodate several magazine subscriptions and it takes care of that incredibly properly. Where it has to be mounted is exposed to weather so when it truly is raining (regularly here in Seattle), when I open the lid water drips in from the back side. Certainly when the letter carrier deposits the mail undoubtedly the same thing takes place. The back of the lid need to have been developed to divert water away instead of into the interior, so you can find some style issues.
